330 North Green Street

Located in Fulton Market, one of the fastest growing districts in Chicago's West Loop, 330 North Green Street is a transformative new office development. The 17-story, 800,000-square-foot building features a linear glass and steel design that reflects the Modernist architectural tradition of Chicago. The building's scale, elevation, and distinct vertical structural members echo the industrial vernacular of the neighborhood.

At street level, a community events area, ground-floor amphitheater, and retail spaces bring activity to the building and the surrounding district. Above, perforated metal screens conceal a 200-car parking garage. Forty feet above street level, the southern facade is set back, responding to the rooflines of nearby, low-rise historic warehouses. Here, the building program shifts to office space. Floor-to-ceiling windows supply ample daylight for tenants, while horizontal fins on the east and west elevations mitigate solar glare.

The setback also creates The Porch—a gathering area that provides expansive, southern-facing views of the city. Designed for year-round use in Chicago's varied climate, The Porch incorporates retractable doors, lounge and work spaces, and fireplace areas. Additional amenities include an outdoor fitness area, paddle courts, an indoor/outdoor café and lounge, and a 6,000-square-foot green roof and terrace.
